UGREEN HomeAgent HA100 is designed to bring storage, artificial intelligence and smart-home control together in a single device. Rather than keeping camera footage, family photos and household files across separate cloud services and applications, the hub stores and processes supported data locally through UGREEN’s UGOS system and NAS app.

The device can connect UGREEN products such as IP cameras, smart speakers and photo frames, along with supported third-party products. Local storage has no monthly fee, while the hub continues to provide essential recording, device control and voice commands over the home network if the internet connection goes down. Remote access and phone notifications still require an internet connection.

HomeAgent HA100 is also positioned as a family archive. It can automatically back up photos, files and other data from phones, computers, external drives and cloud services. Its AI tools organize images and videos by people, places and events, and can create dedicated collections such as a baby album or a broader family media library.

The Uliya AI assistant allows users to interact with their stored content and connected home in natural language. For example, users can ask what happened the previous day and locate a relevant camera moment without manually reviewing hours of footage. The system can also create highlight clips from birthdays, family meals, pet activity and other recordings.

A 2+1 storage configuration is intended to keep personal files and security footage on separate drives. Beyond photos and videos, the hub can operate as a media server for music and users’ legally backed-up movies.

HomeAgent HA100 includes tools for managing supported devices from one application or by voice. Users can activate presets such as Away, Home, Bedtime and Party Time, or create custom routines that adjust devices according to their schedules. UGREEN’s smart speaker adds voice control, while its photo frames can display personal images and curated artwork.

Cameras are optional, but the hub can combine compatible feeds in one Surveillance Center timeline. UGREEN’s SynCare range includes the Indoor Cam ID500 Pro, with 4K/8MP HDR, 360-degree pan, 160-degree tilt, baby-cry detection and a physical privacy shutter. The Outdoor PoE Cam OD600 Pro combines an 8MP bullet camera with two 5MP PTZ cameras, IP66 weather protection and a 106dB deterrent siren; it requires an Ethernet connection.

According to the supplied information, HomeAgent can distinguish people, pets and packages, record deliveries, identify new faces near an entrance and follow a person between cameras. It also offers AI event summaries and keyword search. Package detection is described as working best with standard brown packaging.

UGREEN says HomeAgent will launch on Kickstarter on April 13, 2027, with shipping expected to start in late June 2027. The listed MSRP for the HA100 is $1,599, while early Kickstarter pricing starts at $799. A $50 deposit is available to secure Super Early Bird pricing, and the deposit can be cancelled and refunded before the campaign ends.

The campaign also lists early discounts for the SynCare cameras: the Indoor Cam ID500 Pro is offered at $89 instead of $149, and the Outdoor PoE Cam OD600 Pro at $159 instead of $269.
