Moving to a new Windows computer can involve reinstalling applications, locating license codes and recreating settings. The PC Transfer Kit Bundle is designed to simplify that process by transferring applications, files, settings and user profiles to the new machine for $79.97, compared with its regular price of $140, through November 8.
The bundle includes PCmover Professional, DiskImage and SafeErase. To begin a transfer, users install PCmover on both computers, select the content they want to move and start the process. Most programs are transferred ready to use, including when the two PCs run different Windows versions. A certified migration expert is also available at no additional cost, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
DiskImage can create scheduled full or incremental system images. Those images can be restored to the original computer or to new hardware. SafeErase is intended for the old machine, wiping its drive so files cannot be recovered after the computer is sold or recycled.
All three applications support Windows XP through Windows 11. DiskImage and SafeErase are available to new users only. The PC Transfer Kit Bundle is offered for $79.97 through November 8.
